I have been trying to get this blackbird on film for 2 weeks. I first seen it when I was driving, I nearly crashed the land rover when in landed on the road beside me so I slammed the brakes on to go and look at it but I had no camera or camcorder with me but this evening it payed off. Not very good footage the bird was to far away I had to go on full zoom on the camcorder. I have been waiting for 2 weeks to get this on film then a car came and scared it away lol.

I have seen them before, and white starlings but yes they are rare, so well done.
