I see in BASC mag, Beds/Cambs/Herts have declared a critical incidence on licensing! Seems things are going from bad to worse.

As it's been over a year since my renewal application went in a bit of an update, well nothing to report I'm still on section 7 temporary certificates.
I think it's fair to say the system is buggered.

An update. It took over 13 months to get my renewal.
The latest gossip I've heard is the person responsible for much of the problems in our area has 'moved on'.
