Dang, I just knew I had forgot something about that listing - I had meant to modify it before the last one sold, and simply forgot when I re-listed it. I don't check it but it just goes to show what will sell - just like the last time I listed a big spring. I can't edit it now because someone has surprisingly made a bid but I will rectify the matter in the next listing George.
I think I spread forum mentions around pretty fairly though, like here for instance, quite blatantly too with a big grin about it and link to it from other forums, and none of the others got a mench?

I wanted ebay browsers to read more about the 501b than I could put on there so made reference to where anyone could read up on the 501b in general in my 'Modified LED lamping torch' thread to find that most of the flat lens one's on ebay are not as good as they can be - for pennies more really - rather than what I can sell for it. I don't think the listing would last long if I rubbished ebay torches on there. The PW thread has always linked to places where they can buy upgrades from ebay, DX, Ahorton and Nailbender around the world.
You may have missed that I found ways round the PW filter that asterisk's this site name by suggesting people use Google to find some of my thread titles on here? I can PM them if you wish.
I genuinely feel that too many incidences of name dropping in one place looks bad.
