introduce myself as a newby to NV

Hi guys, 
Joined the forum some time ago but this is my first post so thought I should introduce myself.
Live in leicestershire & have the fox control over a large area of land including a number free range sites belonging to a large egg producer & a couple of small shoots & their surrounding land.
Have had good success over the years using the lamp & centre fire & annually shoot over three hundred foxes but now feel I need to progress on to NV especially on the free range sites due to the thousands of young trees they have had to plant which has made it near to impossible to lamp over, a case of waiting out for them to come now.
Unfortunately I know very little about NV hence why I have joined this forum so any advice would be appreciated. Cheers Andy
