Ideas on getting a courier firm to pick-up from Pennsylvania

I'm pretty sure parcels2go do that sort of thing so long as it's all parcelled up ready to go. You book it over here then email the sender the labels etc to print off and attach.
Other than that, try shiply ?

I used to have DHL ship stuff between UK and USA/Australia. I think you'll find that the couriers driver has to see whats in the parcel before it's sealed but you'd have to check all the details with them.

I'm not too sure on the T's & C's for the in country couriers, I never have this concern through work. I get a copy of the commercial invoice passed to the agent in the UK, they forward to the in country agent and arrange for the package to be collected. The comm inv details the goods, commodity code for the goods, values and shipment terms. Then on arrival in the UK, dependent on the value as to how I clear the goods through HMRC, before being delivered. Pm me if you want to discuss further?
