Alright Guys

Post by Buster321c » 27 Aug 2012, 07:02

Some of you may know me from various forums , some may not.

Shoot in the Midlands , and currently shooting a Rapid MFR .

Just thinking about dabbling with NV again .

Ive messed a few times , with low budget NV , spotters etc , and found they leave a little to be desired .

Ive used add ons and made the home brew stuff , but in the coming months im thinking of getting a dedicated NV , possibly N550 .

Just thought ide join up and learn a bit before i commit .

Cheers Guys , Buster .

Welcome Buster, I am not clever enough to of made a night vison set-up for myself.

I went for the Nite-Site NS50 which is a lovely bit of kit, as all i wanted was to "plug & play". The "Nite-Site" NS50 is more towards the air-gunner, where s the NS200 is more for the rim-fire and centre-fire, as this system has a much great range (out to over 200 metres) and a colour screen.

I hope you find what you are looking for.

Thanks Guys .

Yes Roger , im aware of the NS sites , i am thinking more of a N550 or a Gen 2 something ...........

Just wanted to have a good mooch round and see whats what .

The home made is easy enough , and to be fair it works as well as the add ons ive used before .

Cheers Buster
