Photon XT 4.6x42s extreme adaptor and lens wanted.

Hi,

Does any one sell the adaptor to do the extreme conversion for my Photon XT 4.6x42s? I tried via Ebay and Google but no luck.

Any help as into where to purchase it from would be greatly appreciated.
