The 16mm are the latest, days old arrived just before the weekend, new style box also ...you cannot notice any difference, smoke and mirrors..

Just tested three different models, including the new ones I have with different coating, performance wise are the same... the eye optics at the rear have a different coating.. no difference in physical eye relief either.. I've just spoke to the Pard managing director and they confirmed theres no real difference at all..so take of it what you may..
