Brand new, it is very similar to the Accu-Tac LR-10 / Accu-Tac BR-4 Bipods spec wise , size wise it is somewhere between the 2. I have been using one for a while and can honestly say the quality is top notch and at less than a fifth of the price you are getting near enough the same thing, short of a few differences hard to tell. This one is 7.25 inch x 9.25 inch approx.

the only movement you get is a right & left cant. no swivel/pan movement.
