It has a slight scratch on the tube where i tried to put a torch mount on, doesnt effect the scope at all

I'm sure it doesn't. have just noticed you are in the deep south (i'm is Scotland) so i'll not be 'nipping round' for a look.
I have a mate who would suit this, i'll give him a nod but he is waiting for Police Scotland FEO to get back to work (still in lock down here).

Yeah buddy, it’s just a fixed one. The rifle had a bushnell on previous but I wanted to keep that.
So put the Hake on for the sale. All zero’d and works well
