Purchased brand new last year by me, used 4-5 times.
Complete with green soft case, screw in or push on with MilSpec adapter, both lens caps.

Excellent condition as you would expect with such little use.

These are getting very hard to get now days, fits PVS-14,PVS-7 and Envis.
