Ian, I've just noticed from your signature photograph that you have the plain glass lens in place, in front of the aspheric, on the Crelant.

I have left mine out as a matter of course, but haven't tried the beam with and without it. Have you?

Mine works well with the glass in front of the aspheric, i havent tried it without. That will be next on my list as well as trying the DX lens

DX lens works good,but the 65mm from kaidomain works better again,but the focal length is 5-6mm shorter ok in the ally pill with a bit of adjustment,not enough thread in a crelant/copy torch to focus properly,the best 66mm lens I"ve tried.....
