Few torch bit wanted. LED, dimmer, 12v driver

Hello gents.

Im about to try and order parts i need for a 12v dimmer and a few red LEDs. Can anyone help plese.

Would like the 3 parts for phoenix dimmer mod please.

A 12v dimmable drive, like the one Marky610 is using. LDU1416s1000 or simular

Black red LED 2 or 3 WHY

Cree XPERED-L1-R2-N3 on Star PCB RED

Can anyone help please before i buy from fleabay and 30million other places
