 Cheers for that, I'll give it a go!

BTW what sort of illumination are you intending for your lens/camera setup? I'm asking as I understand the longer focal length lens will have a smaller end field of view, and presumably the camera will require a fairly tight concentration of light in order to get the benefit of the lens at max magnification?

Cheers,

Steve

For some reason the markylight 50mm is brighter than the 66mm crelant dont ask why but thats what my screen and camera showed and in theory the 66mm should had smashed it

 That's an interesting observation; is there a big difference in your opinion, or (say) noticeable but not too significant in practical hunting terms, range wise? Have you hooked up any DVR to your camera, or have you been pleased with the long lens 'maxed up'?

Sorry to be chasing you with so many Q's :)

Massive differnece was no near as bright on full focus. I shall try to geta pic or video on my phone not really into recording to be honest.

Also didnt use it on full zoom as need to spot only short distances say max 200yards being so many hills and trees etc full zoom was too much , unsure what equivelent mag its on but its great much better than the 16mm lense i was using
