tasmo, if these are for sale, you will need to put a price a on them.

Maybe best to get an appraisal in the General Nightvision or Chatterbox sections, but certainly not here. No best offers via pm I'm afraid. This ain't Ebay.

Thanks.

There should be a contract number on the tube, this will give the approximate date and minimum quality.

I'm not in the market, as they are outside my price range. But as an idea of value, assuming they are new in box and not beaten up, this is a Canadian clone:

This is a Israeli competitor:

This is a German competitor:

This is a German night vision reseller:
http://m-o-p-s.com/en/nachtsicht/24-nsg-monokular.html A new PVS14 Autogated plus accessories is 5100 euros.
This is a dutch night vision reseller:
http://www.nachtkijker.nl/uk/AN_PVS-14.html 6400 euros with acessories.

Hope this helps.
Thomas Jacks resell the PVS14 in the UK, but only to the govt as it is an ITAR restricted item.
CAD gives you tube manufacture date. Contract number gives you specs for that contract, but can be years out on tube manufacture date.

No, the contract number which has the date in it, gives you the omnibus.

Impossible because of the ITAR agreements for there to be a legitimate civilian gen3 AN/PVS-14 anywhere but the USA. ;)

Nope. US Gen III is not available for sale without an end user agreement, one that usually says 'ship it back to the USA when done'.
