Yes I agree, haven't seen a cz452 rf I don't think.
And looking at the hole were the mag goes in it does look a lot like my 452 American .

rf stands for rimfire
The CZ452 is a rifle designed for rimfire ammunition and is manufactured in 4 different rimfire calibres: 22LR, 22WMR, 17HMR and 17HM2
The OP described the rifle as 22rf, which means it's either 22LR or 22WMR
If you have a slot which specifically states 22LR, then you need to check with the OP which calibre he's selling (although I'd be 99.9% certain it's 22LR)
If your FAC doesn't specifically state 22LR, then you can have either 22LR or 22WMR.
