Bob don't piss aroud with a T20 for the drone. The Xsearcher is the dogs stones. Should get enough for the Dipol if its genuine and not one of the many knock offs that are out there to get a second hand Xsearcher? There is one on here for sale at the moment.

Sorry to tell you this bud but what you have there is a very expensive paper weight. Like you said you have had it years and things have moved on.

Sorry but this is terrible advice, you obviously have no idea of the capabilities of the Drone. A T20 or T38 is good for 300 yards on a bad night using a drone, if you want to up the anti then a T50 is plenty.
Land Rovers, who would be daft enough to own one?

mark
can the led in this be upgraded or is it a waste of time,
I love the compact size if it and when I used it for ratting you hardly knew it was there,
anyway thanks for your continued support and advice.

Not really worth the bother dude, one of dave's (somebloke) cheapest 501b's will likely beat it
Someone with a tubed dedicated might well make good use of it. Would still be ok for air to rimmie use on a drone/photon/scopeless type device
