105 Lens Wanted

I am looking for lens for the photon conversion.
Super takumar 105 preferred.
Anyone got one for sale.

John, if you are thinking of going for a Takumar then my personal advice would be to get the 135mm. I have the 135mm and the 105mm fitted to Photons, and to be completely honest there is not much difference in the performance between them (magnification and FoV). The difference in S/H prices though can be quite substantial. A decent 135mm can sell for around £30, while the 105mm examples fetch £80+. I believe that the 105mm are in demand by the camera enthusiasts (?).

I will widen my search. Just unscrewed the front off my photon 6.5 x 50. Very tight. I wouldent have chanced it if i hadent read that it could be done on here.

Yeah, it does make you twitch for that moment when you are not quite sure if the housing is going to break/crack! :lol:

john,be carefull with buying some of these 135 takumars i have 3 of them here all got wobbly barrels after 10-15 shots of me 22-250 through them.
got a soligor 135 f28 on it now solid as a rock and nice and clear also nice and cheap :thumbup:

Just bought a 135 off e bay bit with 14 day warenty.

yep they do,i just search 135mm m42 lens on evil bay.
