Wanted IR illuminator

Hi all

Looking for an IR to be mounted underneath a Yukon spotter ( cannot be too big) to give me more range , looking to spend around £50 what have you got?

Maybe its my dyslexia but the 'cannot be too big' reads to me as the bigger the better - or not to be big... just trying to help mind.

Nope I mean it can't be too big as it wouldn't fit under the spotter 🙂

This is one of the better bang for buck fairly compact ones near your budget.

If you use a bike handle bar camera mount you can screw the threaded portion into the spotter.and the clamp section will hold any size ir torch.
Mount is about £3 off fleabay

Unless you use the torch as a carrying handle... and hand warmer. :angel:

I have bresser spotter that I got cheap picattiny
rail screwed to underside then adjustable torch mount with old t20 torch with AS pill ,as some bloke said use torch to hold , I have t66 surplus to requirements (probably to big for you)and t2o black sun ii pill (only)

Problem with the yukons and Bressers is the viewing screen/eyepiece , if you use a 3.5 or 5 " screen really transforms there use combined with a 50mm lens i.r easily spot 300yds plus...
