Yes it has the illumination controls however it will probably need a new battery.
Specifically what would you like pics of? Its on a rifle in the cabinet but I can dig it out tomorrow for you.

Yes you can use an addon, I use a DIY near eye with a cobra DSA

It's none of my business - but I thought the lite doesn't have the illuminated reticule?
