Wanted Tikka T3 picatinny rail

Anyone got 1 of the above they are not using as want 1 for my .243,due to buying a Pard 008,preferably in stainless steel but would consider others

In need of a bit of advice on a picatinny rail,can i get away with a rail on a Tikka .243 without having a recoil dowel,any help on this matter would be appreciated ,thanks in advance
