Wanted IR Laser illuminator

I’m looking for a light weight IR Laser, Starlight Firefly, LaserLuchs or similar. I already have a PBIR but want something more compact but good quality.

No sorry - I only dabbled with 860nm diodes.

I have no idea TBH, but suspect they would way OTT if accidentally using high power and risk tube damage.

I have decided to withdraw them from general sale.

No, No and no again!
Gen 3 is not sensitive to 940nm IR
Gen 3 is sensitive to 850nm IR, but vcsel based 850nm IR illuminators are way too powerful for it - the image will just be a white or green blur.
