Your point being the one I said dint work one night before I went out ..

The answer to your question is yes .

This has just come back from the shop , and it would appear that the issue was with me and not the unit , it would seem I have had a battery issue ,

Battery issue sorted and works as new , and fully warranted .the pard is just not for me .
