a friend of mine has lost the end lense cap to his PVS 14 night vision spotter,

does anyone know where he can get one to replace it with

There's an ebay seller from Taiwan, also, you'll find that most add-ons will have roughly the same diameter lens (the likes of ATN GEN2 stuff and so on).

You might hit lucky and someone may have one in their bits box.
