I have for sale my cz 17 hmr bolt action rifle that has not seen more than 200 rounds of ammo,

Sadly for sale due to needing a quality scope for my stalking needs as its now part of my job I need good glass,

CZ model: 452,varmint,right handed bolt and stock.Varmint
barrel length 20" screw cut as from the factory in 1/2" unf 20.
1 x 5 shot steel mag
Bushnell sportsman 2/12/40 plex.
brand new un fired DM80 calibre specific moderator. on ticket
set of 1"rings with it,
500 rounds of 17 gr Remington ammo
50 Hornady 17 gr ammo this was left from the 300 rounds I got with the rifle.

the stock on the rifle has a few marks here and there but nothing bad, just info only.

but here is the good news there is a second stock minus its swivel studs as they have been lost over time and its in better condition than the one on there, I can honestly say this we rifle shoots better than me and was only purchased to do a job for the MOD, now that job has been done I have no need for it and as said I need new glass for my .243,

sadly I have no scope as this has been sold to also raise funds for a new set of rings for the new to me rifle.

to break it down as I see what it owes me, it is as follows. and I wish to sell it as a job lot.

rifle, 1"scope rings and mag £270,
new dm80 mod £130
500 17 gr rem + 50 Hornady £100 easy, I paid way more than this
spare stock £40

that's £540

I would rather have a face to face as the ammo I can not post etc.

If it's only fired 250 rounds of Hornady how do you know it likes the 500 rounds of Remington, it could spit them all over the place and then the buyer's left with a load of ammo that's no use at all ?

I have used some rem and some Hornady in it as I swapped some over with the lad who helped me do the Vermin job for the MOD as for the Remington it shoots them just as good as the Hornady but I have only shot about 50 or so.

you are correct I know David the TC pilot very well and you are correct I am bob from Tidworth the ham radio engineer and hobbyist, if you don't want the rem ammo then drop £100 off the price and that's a good deal, I can also remove or change the dm80 for a sak that I have on ticket

Ammo has got to be worth £130
scope and mounts £50
New un fired dm80 mod has just cost me £130
so the rifle is costing you just £190

not a bad deal in my eyes.

Thought it was you David's my younger brother, I'm the handsome one I'm happy with the ammo so long as it suits the rifle. What I don't want to be honest is 500 rounds of something I have to get rid of because the rifle doesn't like it.
Does it shoot it well?

You say you don't mind meeting part way, and seeing as I'm still getting over this op and it's uncomortable to sit for too long could we meet?

to be honest if you use the rem it will shoot it ok I used it out to 150 yards with no issues, as for meeting up not a problem, so you are the handsome burger he was on about David had said he had a better looking brother.

what op have you had i'm in shoot loads of pain with the right knee at the moment, 7K down the drain after the first op and its still useless

you will need to let me know where you are etc. I am in Tidworth/Newbury area now and can try to meet up as long as its not to far if its close enough ill drop it on the dining room table if needs be.

I will pm you my number as I am at the castle today and tomorrow 2 days of then back in for a boxing day family shoot.
