i no lads put doublers on to make picture more clear and increase mag but I just shoot bunnys and a quick try with mine and you can see and make out sheep and lambs well over 300 yards with t20 with doubler on no problem I don't think there any need to put anuther lens on them

If I read that right you missed the point.
The nvrs 1.7 is the doubler and it screws onto the new 6.5x50
