So just just for clarity let me state some facts;

1: The unit is / was brand new.
2: I have a dated receipt from SC.
3: The unit is not a replacement.
4: The unit is not / has never been advertised on ebay (for the benefit of graiglearn who seems to think it was)
5: graiglearn has never indicated that he is interested in buying the unit.
6: Please feel free to phone SC and ask.

Hi all just to let use know I bought a pulsar xd50s which WAS on eBay and was taken down after I spoke to the person .
This was a replacement from scottcountry for a faulty hd50.i received my parcel yesterday all brand new . I have managed to get in contact with pulsar and they said as long as there is some proof of when and where the unit was sold or replaced then there isn't a problem.i am very happy as I got a great deal and hope the seller or xd50 here gets a sale thanks

Pulsar have always honoured the warranty even when sold on, its just Thomas jacks policy. Then again nvg uk do run a similar system

Ive always had excellent service from thomas jacks returning 2 photons through my dealer,and they were replaced very quickly, now in the last 2 days ive had to return a pulsar recon x870 the locking device to hold the battery in has bromen off down inside ,and i cant find the receipt !!
So ive put the phone number of the shop as its the only pulsar recon x870 they have sold.
Hopefully shouldnt have any quibbles from TJ,S i will post how this turns out if i have any problems
