<t>I was just interested to know if any members have had dealings with the Night Vision Store company I was interested in purchasing a Nv add on so I telephoned the company but was informed that Clive the person who would be able to help was not available. I was asked to give my telephone number and e mail address and he would call me. So far it has been 6 days still no reply.During this time I have called the company 5 times and sent an email. They have not had the Courtesy to reply
It amazes me that they do not require any more business. I realize they are sponsors of the forum but their customer service seems to be nonexistent.

I had exactly the same issue, I believe the call handling is outsourced. I messaged Clive on the forum (he came back quickly) and made an order online.

Hi guys. Yes iv had the same with the nightvision store. I ordered an add on 3 weeks ago & right away I got an email saying order received & being processed. That was 3 weeks ago , since then I have contacted them at least 7-8 times to see if they can give me an idea as to when I might get the add on.each time they say they will get Clive to ring me, but that never happens. Have no idea if it’s coming to me are not. Really do want the scope etc but just to no roughly when to expect it.Brendy
