That's fair enough, Mark.

Hope to see you back here soon.

Cheers.

Good to see you back Mark.

We all have bad days mate, some are greedy and have bad weeks

Keep your chin up. There will be a package on its way to you tomorrow with 6 freshly machined housings.

If you need further help with your builds. Like assembling and completing the builds. Let me know.

You'll be surprised to learn that I too still feel you have a hell of a lot to offer the forum Mark and hope we can get over our differences of opinion.

There is nothing wrong with you making a profit but I had to have a guess at why you are so fiercely defensive about using and promoting missmatched lenses when we are all looking towards improving the light gathering aspects of Night Vision - rather than Light Vision. We are after all trying to shoot things in the dark, and few of us need to see 300 yards at night and blind quarry at more moderate ranges.

Those who have recorded NV on digital DVR's will all know that we need much more light for recording video's than just plain shooting - you have as good as said that yourself. We all like to climb the highest tree etc and there is nothing wrong with trying to attain the brightest and tightest light - just for the hell of it.

Let's be honest here, fellas.

I'm in business myself, and when I look at the amount of work, especially labour, that Mark puts into the odd thing that he sells, and when you think about it, it is the odd thing, I imagine that his remuneration is tiny. I'm surprised that he thinks that it's worth the bother. At those prices, I certainly wouldn't be giving up my every waking hour.

I take my hat off to him (yes, I'll get there first, it's a very large hat  ).

I enjoy both Mark and Dave's threads. It's all about different opinions, like we've said many times before.

So Mark makes some money, get over it, you don't have to buy them. Good luck to him, as George says he's not making a fortune out of it, probably barely covers his time.

Mark, if you can do something you like and make a dollar at the same time then well done and the best of luck.
