This scope is completely as new - having been on my 17REM that has only been out the cabinet once in 18 months. I only bought the rifle because Leic's firearms would not condition 17 HMR for fox which I rarely go out for unless asked. Basically it has resulted in another rifle being held for scant good reason other than ticking boxes.

I could go on in many ways to describe this scope but 'as new' or flawless covers it.

Better than with my Hawke Varmint and about comparable with the bigger 2.5-15x56 at NV.

Exactly right and with a no quibble lifetime warranty.I had a Mamba with similar nv performance and I liked the reticule,but considered it very poor otherwise.

Yep, Mamba does NV very well but easily lets down in daylight - just as well I rarely shoot in daylight because I have one on my second HMR.
