I purchased a Drone from Marvin and its been played with, I have sent him a pm, he has read it and nothing has been forth coming.

I do hope he does the right thing and sorts this out as I purchased it in good faith for my Boss for the estate,

just a shame it has to come to this.

He has placed some kind of bedding compound between the V rail and the mount so its been messed with, as soon as the boss was told he hit the roof, now the keeper it was for has gone and got his own scope out of his own pocket, so all we want is the money back,

The boss has spoken to our bank to get Marvins detail from his bank and will be passed on to who he feels will deal with it,

So if anyone knows Marvin, tell him just to do the right thing and sort it,

all i have asked for is for you to have the manners to reply in a pm or an email. do you think I want this to go overboard, just do the right thing and sort it, after all my boss paid you in good faith and you have responded with this ?.

I will reply to your email shortly. But rest assured, selling someone a fully functioning Drone Pro when they have paid for a fully functioning Drone Pro does not constitute a fraud. Drone Pro mounts are renowned for needing remedial work to ensure that they do not cause a loss of zero. If you have one which that loss of zero cannot occur on, I would think that's a positive.

I sent you the email outside everything and from my own email not the one at work so to keep it low profile, my boss would rather just have you reported, and knowingly taking money for faulty goods is Fraudulent.

You mentioned nothing of the drone having work done to it or i would have purchased another for the boss that was NOT played with, if you had said it had a kevgun modded mount or alike it may well have been purchased but you said nothing, and your continued silence was deafening, so one can only assume you Knew this could come back at you and bite you in the bottom,

Why not just admit you sold me a drone thats had some kind of work done that you never mentioned. I have tried to talk my boss down on the whole thing even lying to him saying the reason you had not replied was you where away at this time, i was in fact trying to give you time to respond and get this sorted, sadly it seems to have failed?

you have a further email on this subject. I advise you to read it carefully.
The unit was not faulty when I sent it to you. Your thread asking for advice about a replacement prism rail leads me to believe that it may well be now that you've had it for over a fortnight.
I suggest that you need to take advice before accusing me of fraud. As to my delay in replying to you, I would point out that you sent me a message on Friday. It is now Sunday and I have responded to you on several occasions. You are not the only thing in my life and I do not think the delay unreasonable.
I sold the unit to you, not to your employer. I fail to see why you wish to tell him lies, but that is your concern.

I have read it and i will stick to my guns,

You sold me a drone that has had the bottom of the v rail thing and the scope mount bonneted in some way, its clearly visible from below and from the front ( now we have looked) nothing needed to be removed undone in any way, its as it was when sent to me, and you can see the grey coloured material that you have used to do this to the scope,

You have knowingly sold goods that have been altered so that they work and did NOT mention this to me in anyway, this in a court of law is fraud by deception.

A refund has been asked for on many occasions and still you try and wiggle your way out of it, as said in my email i will just pass this on to the proper persons tomorrow morning.

I suggest that everyone else on this forum take note here.
