Do u need additional Illuminator at night?! At what distance is the unit clear to?

You don’t need any additional illuminator.
I have been shooting up to 50 yards but it is capable well over that distance.

Strange - the title of the video is a fox at 200 yards, yet in the lower right corner of the screen it say 109 yards.

And frankly it looks more like 109 yards than 200 yards.
