just poped in to say hello to you all.
im new to all this NV stuff but looking to get my first set up. and i belive in buying right first time and this will save you in the long run.

Yes mate, I have a gen3 Envis add on I use on my 22-250 for foxing and a diy digital rig for bunnies and rats.

And I've been known to make the odd infer red illuminator ;)

Yes for now but nothing lasts forever. so would like to take a bit more advantage of my good fortune and all so do a good job for the shoot.

So true. Results are what keep people happy. If you can keep a high % of Birds to present to the guns. You are safe enough.
Nothing does last for ever. I can tell you a few personal stories relating to that. Not to do with Birds. More Deer Stalking related.
