what difference does the upgrade do for a 501b .is it clearer ,tighter beam or increased distance.if is has better distance , what sort of increase can be expected.thank you.

Received and fitted to my red torch at present for lamping until my NV homebuilt kit all arrives. Great modification.

Ouch - you don't say what you lens you will use it with :D

Depends on what lens or reflector/spacer you propose to use it with TBH.

If you just want the LED pill £20.
If you need a modified standard reflector with it add £8.
If you need a thin aspheric lens with it add another £8.

If you upgrade to Ahorton lens spec, you will need both the focal spacer and lens @ £16 + the red pill at £20.

RMSD costs £6.22 but I charge £6 for any package weight.
