This a fantastic lens for a spotter, have one myself, much lighter than 75mm Cosmicar 1.4. Would have bought it if didn't buy a extender earlier. Good luck with the sale.

They are like tele converters for slr lenses, they double up the zoom to 25-150 f3.6
hamish brought back one from china for me.

Yes it has a Lens in it. My understanding is acts a doubler but is abetter option than adding a doubler on the end. I've had a quick play on a M42 50mm 1.8 and it seems to give a good picture. See second page on the link below.
Torch wood and Blueeyes also now have them so it will be interesting to get there opinion once they have tried them.
