Why do people always ask the mods to remove threads.

I'm trying to get my shed built and my plumbing sorted, I have to price up a roof and the sods at work want me to do stuff and on top of that my thermal has died, the farmer wants me to obliterate the wildlife on his farm.

I haven't got time.
