Fox Firearms 4-16 x 50 E illuminated scope for sale.

Up for sale is one of Brian Fox's import scopes.

It's the 4-16 50 E with variable illuminated mildot reticle in the first focal plane (reticle size increases when mag is increased). Side focus.

Great scope with unnmarked glass and no marks to the 30mm tube that I can see. A very robust scope.

Comes boxed with Bikini covers.

Price is £110 posted for this scope.

How does the glass on this compare to a 5-15 legend george ?

Just tried them side by side, with the aid of some street lighting, at 70 and 130 yards. Nothing in it, if I'm honest.

Maybe the Fox had the edge on brightness because of the larger objective. It certainly snaps in and out of focus. When it's wound up, the reticle is thicker than that on the Legend.

I'll check them out in daylight.
