LAWMATE 500 ECO DVR for sale.

Post by PESCA » 13 Dec 2014, 15:36

Up for sale is my Lawmate DVR. It's the 500 ECO model and comes with leads, headphones, remote control, 32 Gb card and protective case, all boxed. Also has a an A4 bound printout of all of the screens and settings.

Not really into the recording, so this has had less than thirty minutes of runtime. Absolutely top condition.

Same as this:

And here's the blurb:

The long awaited replacement for the DV500 has finally arrived. The PV500 ECO is a complete redesign of the industry standard solid state digital video recorder. The ECO has been fitted with the same electronics as the already very successful Lawmate PV1000 Unlike the PV1000, the ECO is much smaller at a pocket sized 75(L) x 45(h) x 15mm(D). It uses SDHC memory cards to store video, audio and photos. Compatible with the latest 64gb SDHC class 10 cards. New user friendly menu system which is operated using the supplied infra red remote controller. Plug any analogue camera in to the PV500 including the range of Lawmate hidden spy cameras. Recording resolution goes up to 1280 x 960 at 9mb/s. It produces superb video quality unmatched by any other DVR currently available on the market today. The battery for the ECO is completley new. A 3000mah Li_ion detatchable Cell will give up to 3 hours continuous record time. There has been a complete overhaul or the timer schedule and motion detection functions. This latest generation of high definition digital video recorders create .ASF files which can easily be played on either PC or MAC operating systems. .ASF files can be nativley imported in to windows movie maker (a free editing program from microsoft) without any conversion required. A wired remote controller is available for the PV500 Eco which allows the user to remote start/stop the recording, turn the unit on or off and take snapshot photos. Like all Lawmate Law enforcement grade equipment, the PV500 ECO does full watermarked time and day date stamping. It has password protection, produces a LOG file that records every function activated with the device. Continuous video recording, motion detection and pre-event or scheduled video recording. A 4gb SDHC card is supplied with the Lawmate Pv500 ECO. This will give around 1 hour record time at full quality. NOTE: This does NOT include the optional headset. This camera is compatible with the 21-24mm headset.

Does not come with any buttonhole cameras or the like as it was spec'd for use with nv.

Asking £300 posted for this awesome dvr.

Thanks for looking.

This looks a cracking bit of kit! Gutted as i am after a dvr or mpr (whatever they are called lol) but this is a bit beyond my budget. Good luck, someone will get a top quality unit here.

It is one of the better ones out there.

When I say it's had thirty minutes use, that's probably an exaggeration. I remember doing a couple of quick clips when i fist got my Drone Pro, and that's about all I can remember.

You need to speak nicely to Santa

The potential image quality from the 500 eco is really good.

I fitted an inline microphone to mine for this quick clip:
