You obviously want me to go to all of the time and trouble with the forum and yet not be entitled to my opinion. Not going to happen.

The idea of the thread closing at midnight is so that the thread doesn't degrade into anything worse than it already is. We've all had our say and we can see nothing more valid that can be said. Any further questions can only be answered by Nite Site.

The phrase 'to bite the hand that feeds you' comes to mind, John.

You asked to become a moderator and then packed it in 'cos you found the going too tough.

You personally asked for a falconry section on the forum and we did that for you. You've barely used the section. It is the least frequented section of the whole forum, with only 16 threads.

The last time you got annoyed with the forum, you went to the trouble of deleting all of your posts, which ruined the threads they were part of. Were you considering the forum then, John?

You come across in your posts on this thread as being the voice of the members, but it looks to me like an excuse to make a personal attack on me. You've used my name in vain so many times that I at least thought you would spell it correctly.

You decide to mock "THE MANAGEMENT LOL" when it's apparent that we've bent over backwards to please you.

If other members think they same way as you, I'm sure they'll show this by leaving the forum. That's very unfortunate, and of course, we'd rather that didn't happen, but we can't please all of the people all of the time.

Do you really think that any other forum would let you get away with what we have? The answer has to be a categoric no and I'm sure there are lots of members who are also well aware of this.

Bottom line, John, if you want to leave the forum, then that's fine by me. If you want me to delete your membership, then that's fine too. I'm struggling to think of your contributions to the board in comparison to other members and nothing springs to mind, to be honest. So, in my opinion, you'd soon be yesterdays fish and chip wrapper.

So, on this little thread, we've got one member who phoned me after midnight last night and basically accused me of taking handouts from Nite Site, and then apologised, but, then came back onto the forum and called another member an ass licker,...

....and, we've another member who accuses me of being a bully all night and then pm's me at 0117 this morning to say "ok George lets agree to disagree and my apologies if needed, i do think this and that but it could go on forever so lets let sleeping dogs lay please. ATB john", only to wake up this morning, delete his last incoherent thread from last night and request that his account be closed.

I think that there's a lesson regarding drinking and posting on forums to be learned here, fellas.
