Well, therein lies a story.

I went up the downs ohhhhhh about 7 years ago now I suppose because I was told there was a crop circle. Took me a while to find it up near waylands smithy, (google it if you like) because I was level with the field not above it.

Anyway I found it and went for a wander around it out of interest. I sat down in the middle of this circle in the middle of nowhere on a nice summers evening and nobody was around.

But I had the weirdest feeling I was being watched. Was just like, really strange. Cue scooby doo music.
