G'day from Australia!

Post by Plowboy » 19 Nov 2012, 19:25

Hi all! Be gentle.....new to NV. So new infant I don't have it! Anyway I was attracted to this sight trying to find out more about Lardyvision. I am a sheep and cropping farmer from SE Australia and I am at war with foxes! I am also not exactly rolling in cash so looking to make some sort of NV to go onto the back of my rifle scopes to allow me to shoot the smart ones that run as soon as a light hits them. I have shot all of the dumb ones!

So if anyone is able to point me in right direction that would be great!

G-daye mayt. 8-)

Lardy vision (aka ward-D-vision) might be a while coming yet depending on who we hear it from and how often lol.

You won't get the build list for that device - but there are plenty of other home brew set ups to drool over in the DIY section.

Get some amber nectar in the chiller and have a good old read up. :P

I to am on this mission Plowboy, but I am in SA.
I am waiting on a couple of parts from overseas and once I get them my setup will be up and running.
I have taken rabbits etc with a basic board camera but waiting on a Watec 902H from Israel to make things better as well as Marky's MarkyVision Mk4 for the IR illumination.
The guys on this forum are great and always willing to help out from what I have experienced. Some pretty cluey blokes and great reads as well. Have fun reading!
