Customised some bloke spotters for sale. Photo heavy.

These have a choice of integrated T50 illuminators with Regular Chinese AS LED pills - or Black Sun LED pills that have an edge that is good for over 400 yards larger than rabbit size quarry I/D and you can watch the movement of eyeshine much further. On good moonlit nights you will see near infinity without an illuminator thanks to the high quality KPC E700 low light camera. On poor moonlit nights you'll see little unless you use the 3 power mode zoom illuminator - which is why they have two switches.

I can supply them with a choice of C mount lenses: 50mm which is great for general rabbit and fox duty or a 25mm lens for a wider field of view better suited to ratting ranges and the quarry being smaller on the screen. If no size is specified a 50mm lens will be supplied as default.

I can also supply them with a 35mm board lens that is ideal for mostly rabbit and rimfire range duty. The F.2 35mm lens has a tension spring and will rarely need adjusting because it has a better depth of focus (stability) than C mount lenses.

The ergonomic pistol grip is more manly hand sized than some I have seen, it has a lanyard loop in it and can be swapped for a tripod or adjustable suction mount. I can also fit a solid machined handle that has a 6mm threaded bush in the base to accommodate the 6mm thread of a very powerful rubberised roof mount.

A 5" adjustable brightness monitor acts as a flip off lid to the electronics box that can also be extended into your truck by virtue of an extension umbilical cord. The box carries three USER SUPPLY FLAT TOP 18650 batteries: I don't supply batteries or chargers so the buyer doesn't need to return the spotter if a battery fails - and if one goes bang because he did something silly he won't be suing me either. :)

Note the two press switches, one for the illuminator and one for the optics - they are very quiet and placed next to each other so they can be individually or collectively activated: Good quality low light cameras like the genuine KPC E700 have better low light performance than cheaper similar sounding one's. This is exploited by making it possible to use the spotter without the illuminator in fair to good moonlight circumstances, or fog for example, check out this video:

This is how the box is opened for battery changing: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rNOhhMY1UsE

Prices start from £230 collected for one with a regular chinese AS pill + £12 RMSD to UK postcodes. I will only export if the buyer agrees that my responsibility for shipping ends at our port of export - proof of posting will be supplied.

I recommend this charger:

And if you don't have an old laptop battery to get 8x 'free' 18650 batteries from, these batteries are a good buy:

This is the basic box I'll be trying to keep in stock - before I kit it out with lens, IR pill and handles, tripods customised to a buyers requirement.

If the buyer is likely to use a suction mount for static observation the switches can be fitted to the left or right side to suit the driver or gate bitch/lampman... (may take longer if that option not ready for finalising)

Shows the user supply batteries fitted - these were free one's from inside an old laptop battery. 8-)
The pistol grip handle is packed loose to save packaging box size and materials - buyer to fit the nut onto the thread before use with pliers or 11mm spanner - but manly hand tight will suffice.

Meet the new Tripod Handle Spotter option.

These are a new custom building option for my 'some bloke' spotters - adding £25 to the total build cost.

I'll PM you the location of my golf course permission where we could meet. If you leave it a few days for me to get my next batch of cameras in I can demo the add-on rig for you too if you didn't sort one out yet. I expect the cameras by Tuesday so Tuesday night maybe?
