Another E700 spotter with a second user 50mm SLR lens. It runs on two 18650 batteries - not supplied. it has a 5" LCD monitor.

You have a choice of solid handle, a tripod that doubles up as a handle or a suction pad mount that fits to smooth surfaces such as a car roof, windscreen - or door window. If you have electric mirrors you get to use it with a limited amount of pan and tilt.

That a very generalised question that gets a generalised answer.

Depending on the terrain and the illuminator if there is not much moon between 200~300 yards + then confirm quarry and shot safety with your rifle.

If there is decent ambient IR then you'd spot a dark blob moving at further distances over mown grass for example without your illuminator. That distance deteriorates against or amongst foliage.

When there is moisture in the air an illuminator works against you by reflecting off it. It helps to be using a spotter that can be frequently used without using a light source. You still have reduced range, but not as reduced as with an illuminator.

That'd be about half the usual amount of time it takes you put something together then - and they'd go well with that black tape on your T60.

If you secretly yearn for a more compact digital rimfire range IR for rabbits, don't worry they'll be back on again between occasional showcase photo's like you see now.... and I promise I won't tell anyone.

Slightly shorter, much closer fitting potential to the device + shorter lighter mount.
Weighs about 70 grams less for about 25% less range. Single or three memory modes.

Same 18650 battery (only)

No black tape needed mines held on using a washer I paid 0 for but that's on my photon which I'm loving using how much are they hold up I'll ave a sit down so as not to fall over
